What We Offer
Strength Training
Use resistance to create muscular contraction and build strength in order to correct imbalances, gain muscle, and treat everyday aches and pains. Increase metabolism, improve heart health, and improve bone density. Training is built on principles of progressive overload, muscle group ratios, and load management.
Mobility and Flexibility Training
Use a combination of static and dynamic stretching, rehab movements, and myofascial release to get out of pain and correct muscle imbalances. Sessions will also include work on balance, posture, and core.
Pre/Post Natal
Stay active during pregnancy with a prenatal program that will help you feel strong and more energetic while keeping your baby safe. After pregnancy, address the changes in your pelvic floor, hips, and core to make sure you’re able to fully recover, keep up with the demands of motherhood, and get back to the fitness activities you love.
Youth Fitness
We work with kids of all ages to develop a love of movement and fitness through simple and fun fitness games and safe exercises that teach lifelong skills.
Cardio & Endurance
Whether you’re signed up for your first 5k or want new programming ideas, sessions will improve stamina and heart health by using low impact cardiovascular movements, interval training, and endurance training.
Services
Personal Training
Using either your own equipment or ours, your trainer will come to your home and guide you through your custom fitness program providing you with motivation and education to achieve your fitness goals, exercise for longevity, and remain injury free. Sessions can take place anywhere you have space to move: your yard, garage, living room, or office!
Custom Programming
Already have training experience? Your trainer will create individualized routines for you to complete on your own. You’ll have your program at your fingertips so you can fit your fitness in anytime, anywhere.
Virtual Personal Training
Conveniently work with a trainer from anywhere in the country to ensure you are moving well, staying motivated, and being consistent.
Small Group Training
Train with friends or family members to stay motivated, build community, and achieve your goals together! Each participant will receive specialized instruction on their technique and modifications to address their fitness experience and specific goals.
